I like the location even when right now there is a lot of traffic but we walked a lot because it was strategically well located. We liked the personnel, especially Karol at front desk. I did not like especially that we could not reach the hotel before arrival via message or phone. I found some surprises when I got to the check in that would have probably made me change my mind beforehand. I also think that it could use some improvement in the cleaning.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. My room was immaculate and very comfortable. I also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning and loved the convenient location close to major attractions and amenities.
