The staff member who welcomed us to the hotel was lovely. Really polite and friendly. He told us all we needed to know about the hotel, leisure facilities etc... made sure we were okay for food, and told us we could order a takeaway, too. We chose a takeaway over the restaurant but the hotel menu looked great. The room was immaculate, it had a kettle along with various teas, coffee, milk, sugar & biscuits. The beds and bedding were a dream, so comfy, I wanted to bring them home! Shower gel available in the bathroom. Breakfast was spot on, hot buffet and continentals, too. Plenty choice, really nice. Would definitely recommend and would like to stay again. We didn't have time to use the leisure facilities this time round, but would make sure we did next time :) seamless checkout, again by the same staff member.
