This is a beautiful hotel in a wonderful, waterfront location. Everything about the hotel was top-notch. I only have one minor complaint, and that was the coffee in the morning. 6 Euro for a tiny, tepid, weak cappuccino was offensive. They would’ve gone a long way in my mind to provide coffee at a minimal charge. That said, I would stay here again.

We arrived on St. Jordy’s Day and area shops and restaurants were closed. The Hotel had its main restaurant closed till the busy season along with the roof top bar and restaurant, which was one of the main reasons for our booking. The view of the bay was amazing and it’s close to the cruise ship terminal. They did have a cute robot delivering the snacks you could get in the bar.

The swimming pool is slightly bigger than a bath and it is on the rooftop. It was not open until 1st of May 2025. Breakfast was reasonable. Prefer Turkiye hotel who provide lavish breakfast.

We had a beautiful stay. The room we were given appeared to be an upgrade with a beautiful view of the Marina. We really appreciated this special touch! We did have some trouble figuring out the room service menu. We use the QR code to scan and while it said it was 24 hour room service, I was not able to place my order. I went downstairs to make an order at the restaurant, and the server was gracious enough to send it up to the room as we were exhausted from a long days travel. Again, we really appreciated this nice touch. Overall, a short comfortable stay and would recommend this to anyone looking for a clean and comfortable place. One thing worth mentioning, we booked this because I thought it was where Norwegian cruise line would be sailing from. However, I was told that it was a 10 minute Taxi drive from here and not recommended to walk given it was not safe.

Convenient for cruisers

We are repeat customers. The showers are great, rooms large and bed comfortable. We stay here for short stays before a cruise. The hotel is in great condition however they put us on the side of the cruise port and we literally heard it pull in the morning. So it was a bit noisy. You may want to stay on the opposite side if you prefer a quiet room. The hotel is close to the mall and the Ramblas — will definitely stay again.

Checking in could have been more accommodating. We arrived earlier than friends also staying at hotel and their room was ready upon arrival. We had to wait a few hours until 'official' check-in. Our bags were delivered to another room!!! So Id give this place 3 stars at the most.
