Wagon Wheel Farm House at Explore Acadia Cottages

This farm house has a large spacious kitchen, a bedroom and bathroom on the first floor, and three bedrooms and a bathroom on the 2nd floor. There is a large back deck that overlooks a sunny 3-acre field. This house is spacious and a great house for groups or families to vacation. We have recently renovated the house with all new furnishings & fixtures.

We pride ourselves on the cleanliness of our properties. We will consider pets on a case by case basis. Dogs that don`t shed are preferred.

This house has a sunny, warm front porch great for sipping your morning coffee/tea as you plan the day ahead. There is a large deck that overlooks a sunny 3-acre field, with lots of wildlife viewings. There is a also a side patio with a fire pit for outdoor gatherings as well. This house has it all! We have recently renovated this house with all new electrical and fixtures, modern appliances, and new furnishings. There is a desk in the large bedroom upstairs for those who need to work remotely while visiting.

There is a trail at the back of field through the woods and a 15 minute walk to Hadley Point Beach.
Quiet Hours: 10pm - 8am to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests.

Trash/Recycling: Please place all trash in sealed bags and dispose in dumpster. Bottles/Cans are recycled and can be put in the recycling containers next to the dumpster.

Bathrooms: Please do not flush ANYTHING except toilet paper. Hygiene products, wipes, dental floss and diapers should be placed in the garbage.

BBQ Grill: There is a propane grill. Please clean the grill after each use and put the cover back on after it has cooled.

Fire Pit: There is a community fire pit located by the office. Compliementary wood is provided along with fire starting supplies.

Lobsters: Please do NOT cook lobsters inside any house. We will provide you an outdoor cooker, pot and all the supplies you`ll need to cook lobsters. Just let us know and we`ll drop off the supplies for you.
