-The TV is a SMART TV that you are able to log into your own apps to view programming

-The unit has a dedicated workspace in the Kitchen/Living Room Area
-The workspace is composed of a Desk, Chair, & Lamp
-This unit has a FAST Internet Connection and DOES NOT share the Wi-Fi with any other unit on the property. The router is located in the unit if guests would like to have an Ethernet Connection instead of Wi-Fi
