LOVE LOVE LOVE this hotel. Breakfast was great, the pools were wonderful. Close to Bangla rd and Patong beach if you’re interested in that vibe. Rooms were huge, super clean. No complaints 100/10 would recommend

Excellent hotel, excellent staff, excellent everything. This place is great, while it is an older hotel this place is maintained to the highest standards. Great location, beautiful gardens with excellent staff you can't really ask for much more. Also Goodfellas Italian restaurant here is one of the best Italian experiences I have had in a long time

Clean place to stay near the airport.

Fantastic large resort that offers variety and a sense of freedom. Easy to relax there, great place to do a lot or very little.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were comfortable pools were clean and great services close to all amenities within the hotel.

Definitely not a 5-star experience - we were initially assigned a room with a strong smell of mould; though we did manage to change rooms. The rooms themselves were very much unpolished, there was a deep hole in the sofa, and the sofa itself was stained. The bathroom was unfinished, with sealant being poorly applied throughout the bathtub. We also used the gym, which was subpar by even 4 star standards! The breakfast was good, and the pool was also good.
