Good Place for a secret shopper to visit

My stay was not pleasant. When check into the room the first thing I notice was the smell of the rugs and how old the elevator looked. My access card stopped working two times and I was locked out of my room. My room had popcorn on the rug. Also, the front desk staff was laughing loudly and there was one of the housekeepers blasting religious music down the hallways
