The room was supposed to be accessible. The bed was so high I had a lot of difficulty climbing into it. The bathroom lacked grab bars where needed, and none at the toilet. The room lacked soundproofing and was very noisy. Lots of door slamming, heavy, stomping feet upstairs, vacuum cleaners running, not restful.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. My room was clean and the TV was a nice. The best thing about my experience was the breakfast that's included in your stay. It was probably the best included breakfast I have ever had. I appreciated the turkey sausage alternative. Breakfast also included regular sausages, eggs, pancakes, oatmeal, cereals, yogurts, fruits, breads/bagels, and juices. They also had these warm and fresh cinnamon rolls that were amazing. They have a coffee machine that's available 24/7.

The description offered a room with two queen sized beds both beds in the room were full size and the room was supposed to have 2 televisions, it had one television and mounted wall mount where a tv was supposed to be.

This hotel is everything it needed to be for a Holiday Inn Express, though a bit overpriced it was clean, the staff was professional and breakfast was nicely presented with variety. They had hot oatmeal annd cinnamon rolls and that is always a win for me!

The room was clean and the staff was friendly. We asked for a quiet room and were placed on the 3rd floor. The hotel was busy and we understand that. However, it sounded like there were lots of people in the room above and next to us. There was lots of banging and running in the halls. It was both very late and then very early the next morning. Doors closing and slamming all over the place. There is no way to block out all the noise.

Check in was quick the room was clean and the breakfast was good! I stayed one night for a little getaway it’s in the cut but the Arundel Mills mall is a short drive away. Staff was friendly when I had to chat with them they even let me check out an hr later. I did notice two spots of a leak in my room not sure if they were aware and forgot to inform them.

The hotel itself was good. One elevator was not working properly and several of my guests were in their 80s. Also room keys kept deactivating and had to leave 80 year olds standing in the hallways while going back downstairs to reactive keys. bummer!!!
