I always enjoy staying at bwi wingate by wyndham. Rooms are very nice, price is very reasonable, it is easy to get to my venue to downtown Baltimore, breakfast, microwave and refrigerator are included.

There were 3 of us and we needed to always go to the front desk to get additional towels and on the last day they couldn’t get us more towels so there were 2 towels for 3 people to use. Phone in the room didn’t work. Dresser draws were broken and door to the room was not aligned so people can peek through. Will never return or recommend

I was not 100% Satisfied with my room at the Wyndham Baltimore BWI Airport. Upon entering the room, I noticed stains on the carpet, the furniture was old and had a lot of stains and chips missing. The bathroom was not clean thoroughly and had water collecting in the ceiling, from a leak somewhere. Overall, the room felt old and outdated.

The carpeting on the floor i stayed on had white stains on it. Many room door s showed scratches on them. I couldn't get a hold of the hotels shuttle service to pick me up from BWI airport. I told the guy behind the counter what happened when i checked in, but he told me the manager handles the shuttle and the guy didn't even apologize, he just checked me.in like.my complaint didn't even matter.
