We had alot of spiders and silver fish in our room I took eight dead spiders to the front desk nobody seemed to care when we first checked in I found somebody's ear buds under the table in plain sight we got there at 3 pm check in time and still had to wait over 30 minutes for our room no sorry for the wait nothing this hotel used to be a lot better we have stayed here plenty of times

The room was not spacious and the bathroom did not have ventilation and it was easy to hear someone in the bathroom while in the living space of the room. The breakfast was good and I like that it ended at 10 a.m. I appreciate the early afternoon check out time.

Great hotel! Was able to check in 1 hour earlier and received 2 small free water bottles at check in. Room looked decent but a bit outdated. The bathroom and beds looked clean. Breakfast was good. I had waffles, eggs, some fruit and a cereal box. Also, the hotel is convenient since it’s about 12 min walking distance to the Arundel Mills Mall. You can even cut through the mall during mall hours to get to the Live! casino and Hotel.

Decent for travel

Front desk staff was so nice!! Location was great for things to do being right next to the mall. The hotel felt very comfortable and I slept great. Bathroom wasn’t the cleanest and tub was old and didn’t drain but the service and safety was worth the stay.

The room was great, location was great. Everything was very clean. Breakfast was really nice but I heard a lot of noise from neighboring rooms throughout the night which made it hard to sleep

This is our second wedding anniversary stay at your establishment and we are so happy! We enjoyed our stay the first time and it seems to be a quick getaway for us!
