The front desk gentleman was above excellent. Quickly checked us in early and we didn’t have to sit in our car awaiting a medical appointment. He was friendly and super efficient and went over and above our expectations without even asking. Wow we stay at this hotel a lot and this staff member deserves a raise. Stayed here for 4 days with my son and mother. We were back in town to visit family. I know the area so I intentionally chose this property. Staff was great and very friendly. Seems like all the guest were in the holiday spirit as many had Conversations while in the elevator or at the coffee area in the lobby. Checking in was quick. Didn’t have any problems with the room. They had nice Christmas decorations up. Had a grinch theme area with decorations and a hot chocolate station. Even had a Raven themed tree and stockings which was a cute touch. I would definitely stay again. Already planning our next trip back home to Baltimore area.
