Location is very very good but the customer service the room is too dirty. The shower is dirty but the hotel is they need a renovation. The elevator is like scaring as bad.

Everything with the exception of the actual beds was good. The beds in my room were sunk in the middle and lumpy. I had two queen beds and both were that way.

Family friendly.

Hotel had great amenities and was very clean. Staff was super friendly and helpful to what they could handle. Only reason for 4 stars is the toilet seat in our room was loose and a potty training toddler kept pinching themselves on it because a bolt was broken.

My childhood friend and I totally enjoyed ourselves. The hotel was immaculate. The only problem was my friend’s bed was squeaking and we had a good laugh about it, especially since my bed didn’t make noise. The complimentary breakfast was delicious. The staff was very polite and friendly.

Rooms smelled horrible like tooten eggs i had to by candles and air freshner and car air freshners to hang around the room to keep the smell tolerable the sheets were dirty and the gentleman at the front desk threatened to cancel my reservation because i asked for another room
