Parking is problem, nowhere to sit outside,have to deal with the beggars, everything in walking distance closes early. Not what I expected being advertised as Inner Harbor.

Loved having a full kitchen, very spacious. Felt safe with the key card entry at the lobby. Parking very close by and affordable. $6 for overnight parking. Front desk was friendly. Would stay here again.

Our room was hot thermostat read 87 when we walked in. Turned air on and didn’t go under 83 we were moved rooms just to have the same issue again. Wouldn’t come back to this location.

I wasn’t particularly satisfied. Hotel had no hot water, tepid was the best the shower could do. Not great for those of us who enjoy a hot shower to start the day. I also used the laundry area and the dryers were not doing hot air. Just room temperature. Took a long time to dry my clothes. Ended up hanging my shirts in the closet overnight to finish up.

Not the best but okay for a night

Not the best, but the location was good. My original room did not have working air conditioning and was in terrible condition. Someone tried to force their way into my room to fix the aircon. After two hours it wasn't working and I got my room changed. The conditions of the room were like night and day. The pictures on the website of this hotel are old.

Genuinely the worst place I’ve ever booked on this app. There was no parking even though the listing said as much. The hotel had NO AC the entire time I was there which made our room 90 degrees. The staff was rude and when we asked for some sort of compensation, the manager said he’d comp a night and then LEFT. didn’t even ask for our names or room numbers. Do not waste your time.

Everything was good my only thing was the parking was actually around the corner or down the street still close but not good. The hotel room was nice. Front dest personnel was good.
