-Enjoy a smoke, just not inside. Please ensure all doors and windows are shut and dispose of your ends in the outdoor trash bins. Indoor smoking will result in a sizable fine.

This is a cute little bungalow, close to many things (downtown is somewhat walkable, 20 minutes if you can brave the hit). Grocery store and breakfast place next door. Good kitchen.However, the house is old. Hinges are begging for WD40. And the air conditioning system is loud. Very loud, with vents right above both beds. If you’re looking for a good night sleep, adjust your expectations.

The cute home was very clean, had comfortable furniture and bedding, and is located in a quiet neighborhood convenient to restaurants, downtown, and the UT campus. We really liked the open kitchen/living area and split bedroom arrangement. A suggestion would be to create a smooth surface path from the driveway to the front entrance, and on the steps to the side courtyard. The current gravel with exposed steel edging was a real challenge to navigate. We enjoyed our stay.

This was a PERFECT place for the two adult couples traveling together. There were restaurants in walking distance. Parking space for our vehicle. Easy access to downtown Austin and the University area. Easy access to major roads to travel to outlying areas. Clean, clean, clean. Great communication with the host and easy keypad access to the house. Quiet neighborhood. Comfortable beds. Ample provisions. Great spot for adults and small children that do not need lots of outdoor space.

Beautiful home just as pictures show. Best kitchen appliances and cookware ever encountered in a vacation home after 20 years of renting around the world. Clear instructions once we were in the home (received erroneous door entry code prior to arrival which was a bit frustrating in sweltering heat but had quick call back to provide correct one) and everything was clean, tidy and in good working order. We had a great stay at Clarksville Sundown. Wonderful neighborhood, very safe and conveniently located. I lived in Clarksville in the late 80s, so I was familiar with the area. The home was very clean and comfortable. I've already booked a return trip later this year.

This was our first trip to Austin but we don’t intend for it to be our last. We love Austin. We found the property very welcoming and so conveniently located. If I were to make any suggestion for improvement, it would be to add some drawer storage to the primary bedroom. But overall, it was a great trip!

Super cute bungalow. Very efficient use of space. Clean. Good shower pressure. Great location. And communication w owners was great. Recommend for 2 people or two couples. Bedrooms are spacious. Will be back!
