Small issue with cleaning services, I’ve personally never encountered every other day cleaning services especially if I’m only there for 2nights, but management was apologetic about the lack of communication and still very friendly

We arrived late coming in from a concert and the system was down for maintenance. We had to wait 20 min to be able to check in & then 5 more minutes for the man to go check the room. We weren’t able to check for 30’min and were so tired. We want a later checkout & discount. There was no communication prior that the system was going to be down.

Honestly, I was disappointed with my stay. The food quality was really poor compared to what we paid — not fresh and very limited options. The staff service was not friendly or welcoming at all. The bed was very uncomfortable and caused skin irritation. The room size and shower were fine, but overall the cleanliness and service need serious improvement.
