The stay itself was perfectly fine! The room was clean and the hotel was well maintained. Unfortunately, one of the elevators was malfunctioning and caused myself and several other people to get stuck in for 10+ minutes several times. My main complaint is tied to the cost of parking. The hotel only offers valet and charges $59 a night to park your car and sites the only reason for that charge is because parking in general, in Downtown Austin is the 3rd most expensive in the country. However, you are in charge of your parking for your guests, the charge $59 a day is your choice, and you are simply taking advantage of your guests lack of options. Shame on you.

It was amazing spot , great view . Clean everything no complaints. Only wished they would’ve told me I was gonna get taxed higher . Booked the room for 300 bucks after taxes , got there and I ended up paying 420 something . But it’s alright, comfortable beds , slept good and breakfast was great

I stayed at this hotel earlier this month and lost my tortoise shell/black Prada prescription glasses. They were in a black Versace case. I spoke to hotel front desk and they keep transferring me to housekeeping and no one is answering the phone. Now I’m getting no response!

The building was excellent. The staff provided outstanding service. Breakfast was satisfactory, although the menu appeared to repeat on alternating days; for example, omelets one day and scrambled eggs the next. However, the complimentary breakfast was a significant benefit and the food quality was good. The hotel's location offered convenient walkability to many attractions, with readily available Uber services as an alternative. I would certainly consider staying there again.
