The check-in was very slow. Why is no phone-based online access possible? There was a long line at the standard check-in counter but the VIP counter was empty and the staff stands around there, happy with no duties. In general the hotel is nice with spacious rooms but the service staff looks frustrated and not much interested around the guests. In general the hotel has weird floor plan with elevators at the end, resulting in long walks to the room.

Our stay was very good and the only "problem" we had was actually getting to the hotel with a car. Between Google and the airport signs we ended up making our approach several times. Once we were in the hotel complex, signage was good and we found everything and could use public transportation to anywhere.
