For the price, a very nice apartment with full kitchen and lounge and a washer and dryer in the room. I wouldn’t use Expedia for the booking if you are staying more than a day as cancellation or changes are only possible on day 1 before 5 PM. I was supporting my wife in the hospitsl, a great location for that, just over Grafton Bridge. So I booked for five nights. She got out in four so no refund for the night I wasn’t there. The parking rate is reasonable but is first come first serve in tight spiral levels. I left the car there the whole time. Leaving the carpark, the grade of the ramp is so steep that my wheels spun with no traction. It had rained and I guess there was years of oil dripping from cars. I backed up to the rear of the ramp and got enough momentum to get out but they should steam clean it or resurface it. Otherwise a nice stay.

Great location, nice spacious rooms, modern. There were a few broken light fixtures in our room and the towel rail was behind the dryer but otherwise amazing. The onsite parking is underground and it was a bit of a tight fit but fantastic to have a convenient parking location.

Parking is worst. Checking timing is 4PM so if your flights arriving 4:30 in the morning then about 12 hrs you just wander around. Property people said if you book directly then they would let you check-in early plus you get discount in their parking charges.

This is an average and dated property, which is reflected in price. Everything is tired and the was a patch in the carpet and lollies found at the edge of a bed. Parking is so tight, which we knew, but do not try to park here if you are not confident maneuvering and backing into really tight spots. It was fine for the one night we needed to be here and a shower in the morning, but wouldn't stay any longer.

Next to a graveyard, down a single lane road, with awful $30 parking. Not the best start. The phone booking was ignored by staff so I booked online then rang again to secure parking. No info provided about how tricky it is to navigate the steep & narrow underground car park. Room was nice, clean & ample space.

飯店 在下坡處， 進入飯店的時候，行李搬運非常的不方便 。有時候唯一的一個搬運停車 地點，卻還被 其他事務用人員的車長時間佔用 。聽到很多 旅客對此的抱怨，卻不思改善。 但是飯店的地點在市中心，價錢也較合理， 雖然有墓園在旁邊，但是，很多人就暫時視而不見了。

This apartment complex is in a great location. Very convenient and close to everything. Our apartment was very tired and the furniture was marked and stained. Beds clean and comfy. Kitchen had everything you needed. Parking is a test of your driving skills!

THIS PROPERTY WAS CLOSE TO THE AUCKLAND CITY HOSPITAL WHERE I HAD A FAMILY MEMBER AS AN INPATIENT. NO GUEST INFO COMPENDIUM, TO REFER TO IN THE ROOM. HAD TO CALL MAINTENCE, COULDN'T GET THE TV TO WORK. NEEDED NEW BATTERIES. AWFUL SMELL COMING FROM A CUPBOARD. OPENED IT TO FIND NO WASHING MACHINE BUT THE GREY WATER PIPE WAS LEFT OPEN EMITTING AN AWFUL SMELL. DEALT WITH THAT MYSELF, CLOSING IT OFF WITH A PLASTIC BAG AND TIEIING IT TIGHT. CAR PARK IS DESIGNED FOR SUZUKI SWIFTS, NOT SUV'S, HORRIBLE TO GET INTO AND OUT OF AND THERE IS AN ADDITTIONAL CHARGE OF $30.00 PER NIGHT FOR PARKING.

Expedia has a picture of an indoor pool which is misleading and not apart of the hotel. The outdoor pool is apart of the hotel and seasonal. The hotel was great, clean and good value. Staff very helpful and kind.

Budget accom but comfortable

This is budget accommodation, it is a comfortable stay and does the job. Car parking is tricky, you wouldn't want a big car! My kids were a little freaked that there is a cemetry next door, luckly our room did not look over it. Only real negative was when one of the two lifts were out.. when hotel was full, but this was fixed.
