Clean room, great breakfast and nice staff who found a plug adaptor for me. However, when I went to the Sunset bar after making a reservation I was very disappointed. I travel solo and waited 22 minutes for a waitress to take my drink order. She catered to two couples at nearby tables while completely ignoring me. She went to their tables 3 times delivering snacks and refilling drink orders. I had to stop her and ask to be waited on before I left. To add insult to injury there was no sunset due to clouds. To say this is disappointing is putting it mildly. I did advise the bar manager of the situation. He said he would talk to her. Not a good place for solo travelers.

The rooms are fairly basic but very comfortable. The staff is wonderful in all areas. Front desk especially. They are very efficient and helpful. The hotel is well located, a short walk to the harbor and the luxury shopping area.
