Summary:
Moa Studios is a design-led, New York style loft studio with exposed brick, black steel detailing, and warm timber floors, set within easy walking distance of Oneroa Village. Ideal for a solo traveller or couple, it offers a calm, contemporary base close to cafés, beaches, and island dining.
The Space:
Moa Studios is a fully self-contained studio arranged as one open-plan space that brings the kitchen, living area, and sleeping area together in a layout that feels intentional and easy to live in. The exposed brick wall and black steel framing add texture and character, while timber flooring and soft furnishings keep the space warm and comfortable rather than industrial.
The living area is set up for relaxed downtime, with seating positioned to catch natural light and the green outlook outside. The kitchen is integrated neatly into the space and includes clean cabinetry, good storage, and everything needed for simple meal preparation. It connects naturally to the dining area, keeping the studio open without feeling cluttered.
The sleeping area sits quietly within the studio, visually separated by the steel framing and brickwork. The queen bed is positioned to receive soft light through the windows and maintains an easy flow through to the bathroom. The bathroom is fully tiled and finished in a clean, modern style, with a walk-in shower, vanity, and contemporary fittings.
Outside, a private backyard patio provides a sheltered place to sit, dine, or unwind. The covered roof and surrounding greenery create a comfortable outdoor space, with a BBQ and room to enjoy time outside without leaving the property.
Secure parking is available directly at the entrance, making arrivals and departures straightforward.
