I did not like arriving on a Saturday after 4:30pm and check in is at 4 pm only 2 see 2 staff doing check ins and a long line waiting then to finally get checked in after 5:30pm and my room is not available and you tell me you don’t know how long the wait will be housekeeping isn’t finished cleaning the rooms. My options are to pay extra for and up grade or wait, so I decided to wait and was told you would call when room was ready. At 8pm no call after waiting over 2 hours, I decided to go back to the desk and finally get accommodated with an up graded room after 8pm and we were checking out Sunday. They really inconvenienced us we drove 3 hours to get there and this was supposed to be a relaxing 1 night quick escape for me. I was truly disappointed but the facility is nice clean and the upgraded room was gorgeous.
