Nightmare visit.

Our first room had no WiFi available, the tv screen was damaged and only one outlet worked. Front desk never answered phone calls, finally got them to answer outsideline, had to walk 200 yards to front desk for help,finally got moved to another room after 8pm. Very frustrating after an 11 hour day of driving. I doubt if I’ll ever try Wyndham again.

Horrible Service and Scam

The hotel did not have a working television in the room I was assigned to. They could not move me because it was sold out. The maintenance team promised another tv. They never showed up because they say they were redirected to clean the pool. The manager promised a room credit that I never received. I also have an additional charge on my account that the hotel could not explain. Do not stay here!

Stay here at your own risk! This place is a dump! The hotel is old and falling apart. Carpet in hallways is filthy. Water leaking out of a/c in lobby. Ceilings are cracked,wallpaper is peeling. The pool area is an eye sore. I don't see how codes approved this place for business. My debit card was fraudulently charged $250 for smoking without properly being investigated. I was also charged for my room that I had already paif for. In less than 24 hours,This hotel charged my card over $700 ! I'm so disappointed and disgusted that I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau
