Concern Regarding Recent Stay Hello, I wanted to share some feedback about my recent stay. The staff was very friendly, and I truly enjoyed the breakfast at the restaurant. However, there were a couple of issues that made the stay uncomfortable. The hallway near my room had a strong sewer odor, and my room itself had a noticeable number of ladybugs. These conditions were unexpected and not in line with what I anticipated. I’m hoping you can look into these concerns and let me know what can be done to address them.
