I've stayed here twice while in town for family stuff. I'm from Duluth. It's very clean and pleasant. The suites are great if someone needs to work or you have 3 or more folks staying.

I truly enjoyed my stay at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Atlanta NE Gwinnett Sugarloaf! The area around the hotel was very nice, with plenty of restaurants and convenient places nearby. The hotel itself was clean and beautifully decorated with Christmas decorations, which added a festive touch. The staff was extremely friendly, and the bartender was amazing! I tried the chicken quesadilla, which was hot and fresh, and the breakfast was also very good. When I visit again, I’ll definitely have to try the wings 😄. I believe the bartender’s name was Sarah, though I’m not completely certain, but she was great. On my way out, I was greeted by Ross, who asked about my stay and was very friendly. I mentioned that I couldn’t get my coffee maker to work, and he kindly provided me with coffee to go from the snack store, which I truly appreciated since I needed caffeine for the drive. I stayed in a two-room suite, and the spacious room was lovely. From the window, I could see a beautiful lake and lights outside, which made for a great view at night. Housekeeping was busy but still managed to clean my room during my stay and offered water and anything else I might have needed. I was initially skeptical about staying here because pets are allowed, but I’m really glad I gave it a chance. The experience was great overall, and I would definitely stay here again.

The staff was courteous, the room was clean. However first when we arrived there were these personal items out front as though someone had been evicted, second the beds were not so comfortable. I have known Embassy Suites to be at least a strong 3 1/2 maybe 4 Star hotel but I was a little disappointed. Breakfast was a little chaotic prepared to order is not subject to only an omelette, yet they proclaim made to order breakfast. May I also suggests that the establishment insure the rooms furniture and decor be kept in good condition. Some of our chairs were damaged we were missing a desk lamp. I think rooms should be inspected on a weekly basis because things happen things get broken or what have you. I like to give benefit of doubt maybe it was a bad time, which is not an excuse for the hotel industry because people are always coming and going.
