We were initially given a key to someone else’s room, that was a surprise to open! Once the room was corrected (king with sofa sleeper) no linens were available in room to use for sofa sleeper. Called the front desk and made a 3rd trip down to get bed linens. The rooms were very outdated but clean enough. Looks like they are in the process of a remodel as the lobby and the rooms do not match.

Check in was easy. Couldn’t find any carts to carry my luggage. Room had a musky smell. Room got hot over night with AC on 65. Room was supposed to have a sofa it did not. Coffee maker did not work. Front desk did not have extra blankets. Pool was dirty and smelled musky and hot ton was torn up and closed. Gift shop was closed most of the time there. Breakfast you had to pay for. Hotel cleanliness wasn’t good. Dryer burnt my clothes.

I did not like the fact that my bed was only made once the whole 5 days i was there and the toilet tissue ran out. I had to go to service desk to get it myself. I was not saatisfied with the service.

The outside is deceiving. The entrance I came in made me think it was about to be another horrible night (previous night in a not-so-great hotel) but I was all smiles walking into the lobby. There were some dings and stains here and there, but you can tell the hotel is kept clean and it smells great! Definitely will return when I'm back in town!
