The staff is what elevates this property. I checked in after midnight and the front desk person (believe his name was Kivi) greeted me with such a warm upbeat welcome and told me all about the amenities and wished me a great night’s sleep realizing how tired I was. Kindness at the end of a long day is priceless. All the staff I encountered in the morning were also very nice. It’s typical 3 star lodging but the great price, location to Emory, and staff would make me book again

It meets my expectation for an Inn type of hotel. The location is close to highway exit, can be hard to get in and out at times, especially with the Atlanta traffic. The breakfast items can be improved.
