The only problem I had was the room was hot the ac unit didn’t cool the room. The staff doesn’t greet you when you walk inside but valet was greeting you before you could roll your window down.

Horrible.

I have already left a google reveiw and a customer complaint to corporate. Please read the reviews before booking your hotel stays! Very outdated, dingy, and dirty. The best part of our stay was the staff. We stayed less than 13 hours. Our kids said they would rather sleep on the floor than on the pull out mattress (which there are photos of) this absolutely shoult NOT be considered a 4 star hotel. Our "suite" was motel level at best. We will NEVER be back and will not recommend to ANYONE. I still have not heard back from corporate, which is also very disappointing.

Parking downside

Great place to stay. Nice swimming pool. Only downside is you have to pay for parking. 55 parking for all day. You can park across the street can be costly and be careful in the parking lot. Sometimes the valet service might be full.

No cameras were in the halls or on the elevators. Bathroom had no vent and was very small. You can’t tell who was actually a guest at the hotel , which made me feel unsafe their was a dog in the pool area. Breakfast was not worth the price they charged nor the dinner at the restaurant inside. Being charged a daily resort fee,plus parking was definitely a rip off . I will stay on the outskirts rather then the downtown area from here on out.
