Sin mencionar la ubicación y sus alrededores. El hotel solo era con valet parking y esta lleno, no tenían mas espacio, tuvimos que parquear en un parqueo publico con lo que no me sentía segura. La bañadera no tragaba bien el agua y se acumulaba un poco en el fondo el que se sentía que tenía jabón viejo por lo que no lo habían limpiado y encontré dos cucarachas en la habitación

It was very old musty. The room was very noisy from the neighbors on both sides. Couldn’t get any sleep both nights I’ve been waiting for money to be sent back to me destination charge of $49 ridiculous and $50 for valet parking was not told about I expect this to be refunded ASAP please

Hotel was cheaper than the other hotels around, and sufficient given the cost. Renovations ongoing were disruptive (painting the hallway, hallways closed for new carpets). Waiting quite a while each of the 3 times I had to go to the counter, though all the staff was very pleasant.

The hotel was very clean and modern. Lovely pool area. All the staff fantastic except the lady who checked us in. I felt she was rude and had no passion for her job. No smiling or welcome. Made me feel uncomfortable when it took me 10 seconds to find my credit card like I was an inconvenience for her.

The last thing a guest needs is attitude especially at 4am. The front desk was rude & that carried over to the security guard. Being threatened by security to be kicked out at 4 am (no reason at all) just attitude/ego when u paid the for thr room. Unnecessary & quite annoying.

Check-in staff and housekeeping were friendly and accessible. Outside of the hotel was busy with traffic and a lot of young people just hanging around. There is a night club for young kids across the street. Be mindful of this on weekend stays.
