I booked hotel for 5 days and while checking I informed to the staff that I am going to stay for 3 days only. Staff informed that they are going to refund balance after check out. After check out one week passed and no refund yet. If any returns or refunds needs to be done settle before you leave the place. Staff and management is not ethical.

Dirty and amenities not working

Service was horrible. Room was dirty had hair still in the bathroom and the linens were dirty. Upon arriving to the room the tv was not working, I called and reported and was told someone will be up to fix. Hours passed and no one came so I called the front desk back and they seemed surprised no one came. Someone eventually came and brought a new tv. I was only there for the weekend for a funeral so I did not stay in the room but to sleep. I checked out and was charged $45 dollars. When I called to inquire on the charge they advised there was a pillow case damaged (it was dirty as I advised of the dirty linen when I first got into the room) so they charged me $45 for linen damage for said dirty pillow case. Also chose this location for the pool. Pool was closed with no explanation as to why. Would never stay again or recommend

Hello- I booked a package through Expedia for 4/24/2025-4/26/2025. The hotel portion was Country Inn Suites, College Park GA.  We checked into room 234 and then left to explore the city.  At bedtime, my cousin started experiencing major itching, further exploration determined-BEDGUG infestations on both beds, extremely disgusting!! We contacted the front desk clerk, who took a report and put us into another room (showed video). On 4/25/2025, I spoke with manager and he took videos of the recorded evidence that I had, which showed: multiple beds bugs and injuries (raised and itching bumps on my Cousin’s arms). The manager never got back to us, about compensation. I am now escalating this to you, Expedia.  At this point, my cousin is still experiencing itching, bruising, redness and pain on his arm.  Please contact me. We are looking forward to compensation. Thank you.

I stayed 4 days. The staff was always kind and very knowledgeable. There is ample parking and the location is close to the airport and everything Atlanta has to offer. The hotel was clean and quiet.
