Great value for an excellent hotel

Great venue. Beds very comfortable, everywhere was clean and the staff were helpful and polite. The spa facilities were lovely, the pool area and the gym were excellent.

Lovely staff and an excellent breakfast. Recommend you check out both bars as one of them has a great view over the golf course. The hotel was fairly quiet. The car park was busy but spaces were available. Would recommend. Check out the needle museum, it is worth a visit.

Restricted times for families / kids to use swimming pool thats not advertised on the website. Mechanical pump running somewhere but all night preventing a getting to sleep. Sounded like someone descretly tried the rooms door handle at 04.45 hrs.

Staff was nice. We stayed in the Leamington suite, it had no hot water to have a shower, the staff gave us another room to go and have a shower there and that wasnt much better. So wasnt to impressed we had to have a cold shower.

Really disappointed with the hotel, as we went there for our wedding night. The toilet flush was broken, the hot water for the shower wasn’t working and instructions for decorating the room with rose petals weren’t followed. So the only good thing we enjoyed at this property was the Spa facilities

Lovely break, only 8 miles to Cadbury world.

Great experience with the hotel, we stayed 2 nights. The staff were friendly and helpful, the hotel was spotlessly clean and the room was very peaceful, my only recommendation to others would be to have a larger bed. We are used to king size so a double was a little small

Very disappointed with our stay here. Kids are only allowed to swim at a specific time slot, and this was not advised prior to our booking. Receptionist and staff in the pool are both rude. Not for family with young kids!
