It's situated 180 kilometres west of Edinburgh, the country's capital.

Travel a little out of Aros and you'll find some unique natural attractions. Just 25 kilometres away, Staffa is a great place to take in some fresh air. Also make time to see Lunga, 30 kilometres away from Aros.

We recommend jumping in a car and going to Isle of Mull. It's about 13 kilometres to the southwest and popular for Ben More and Isle of Ulva.
