Book Aquone hotels

Room was immaculate, the hot tub was clean and hot enough. Host constantly text to make sure everything was okay and our stay was good. Overall this was a birthday get away for my wife and was most enjoyable for the both of us. We will be returning there for another getaway.

The staff were nice but the property needs attention. My bathroom was modish a towel bar, had a sagging shower curtain bar, and had no holder for the shower head - I had to hold it the entire time. There was also no light above the shower, making it very dark. I was only there for one night, or I would have requested another room. Or possibly left altogether. The breakfast was adequate but nothing special. I would not stay there again.

Third time in Bryson City and finally found a winner. Clean, friendly staff, and a good breakfast. What more could anyone need?

Was very very disappointed. I had a reservation for Saturday night. I called on Thursday night to cancel due to a family issue that was last minute. I was told they would cancel the reservation but had to charge me the nightly rate because it was too late. I said theres nothing you can do, they told me it was property policy no exceptions. This is the epitome of corporate greed, and shows why the world is in the shape its in. I personally will never stay at another Hampton Inn or Hilton brand hotel ever again. I would rather sleep in my car. The simple fact that they still charged me despite my calling 2 days ahead with a legitimate family issue and them not allowing anything to be done is simply disgusting!!

The only good thing about it was the convenience of the distance to the railway. The room was much smaller than what was shown on-line. The paint on the walls in the room were chipped. The area around the bathtub lever was dirty. The floor was tile and not carpet, so it was cold. The matress was too hard. There were no amenities!!!
