Great bundle in Arundal

Excellent location clean room comfy beds and helpful and professional staff. Free parking and good value for money. Breakfast was a little bit of a let down however staff dealt with an issue in a professional manner. Will definitely stop again

The only issue was one of our employees staying was on a night duty and latest check out was 12pm, most hotels will extend until 2pm with a fee.

I believe I was over charged for breakfast and when I raised it to the staff on duty, they weren’t as helpful concerning the over charge. This was for one adult & two children (13 & 8 years of age).

The location of the comfort inn is a big plus for anyone visiting Arundel (wonderful historic town & castle) or even attending an event at goodwood estate (less than 1/2 hr drive) and travel time at just over 1 hr from gatwick airport . Breakfast was an optional extra and provided the usual choice of comfort inn fried breakfast and a fairly standard choice of continental selection but does provide enough to set you up for the day , if you so choose, although personally would have liked to have porridge on the menu (health reasons). Check in and out was well organised and without fault. The rooms were dated but clean enough with just some areas, especially the bathroom area requiring a bit of TLC due to age and general wear & tear. Room rate was expensive for what it is but then again during the goodwood revival weekend most prices tend to be generally inflated. Car parking availability on site was good. There are plenty of restaurants in Arundel town (10 minute drive away) to choose from and cater for most tastes.
