The reception staff were lovely. The room we had was very dated, and in much need of a complete overhaul, the blind was shredding, the curtains were very old and difficult to use, the bathroom sink and toilet leaked, the bar fridge freezer was so iced up that I couldn't fit my ice bricks in. We did ask for a 'quiet' room so perhaps our room was older style? But the man next door played his radio very loudly outside our bedroom, mainly during daytime, and had a dog in his room.

The room was not like the photos on your website, bad sewer odour coming from bathroom and your website stated breakfast available on Sundays at the on site restaurant, but this was not the case, so very disappointed !
