Communication, we had stated it was our honeymoon, there was no response. We asked to have our room cleaned and they didn’t clean it and my wife bribed one of the maids to clean it while we were downstairs in the restaurant. Food was average to just below.

No hot water second night, room wasn't very clean, no shampoo, conditioner or soap in the shower because bottles were all empty. Noisy and they put us in a room that was five miles from the elevator.
