Horrible customer service after finding BEDBUGS in our beds, refused a refund, refused to give me a different room, and wanted me to stay in the same bed because all of their rooms already had “reservations”. They told me to talk to the manager the following day and they called me a liar and told me there wasn’t anything there even after seeing all of the pictures and videos I took of the beds because they refused to go to the room to check the beds themselves.

The place was great, great service, great location, close to Knotts, the room was large the exterior could use a little tlc, the interior was good, the olny thing was that the couch was broken but we didn't use it oe needed it.

It was ok, quiet. Nothing over the top. A/C was good and cold, no shower towels in room and service was there but no smiles management looked angry or bothered. Again stay was ok nothing over the top, it was quiet and close to everything but just a friendly tip....Smile.

The hotel was decent but there was multiple times we were woken up by knocking on our door and when we changed there was nobody there
