Our room was absolutely disgusting. My toddlers feet were black from the dirty floors within an hour. We had no side tables, were missing a remote for the TV, weren’t given WiFi info, and never received room services and we stayed 3 nights. Cockroach infested, microwave didn’t work. Paid for a “deluxe” room and I was so angry I wasted my money on this place. The pictures are deceiving. Our sink only worked on “hot” and the water from the tub backed up into our sink. So horrible. I ended up using the towels to “mop” and I did a better job than they did. Don’t make the same mistake I did.

The room was full of mold, cigarette holes, missing a drawer in the bathroom. It was just horrible. The only good thing is the maids that were really kind and attentive, but it took forever for me to actually be able to get a different room switch. Don’t come here it is not worth it. Disgusting conditions it’s not an inn. It’s more of a motel.

When my wife and I entered the room, the room smelt clean. However, when we pulled the blanket off the bed, you can tell that they were previous stain marks on the sheets and mattress, and it looked gross. When we sat on the bed, we almost fell through the bed, we had to lift the mattress up and fix the bars underneath the mattress. The blinds allow too much light in so it was hard to sleep because of the pathway the lights being so bright. The next morning we tried to take showers, but there was very little hot water and the showers were on the colder side. Wife and I will not be staying at this hotel again.

Outside, I was not too impressed,. Upon entering the room, I had a change of heart. The room was very comfortable and spacious. I would stay here again. The apartment suite style was the room we stayed in. The price point is the reason why we booked online. Front desk was easy to deal with and helpful. Just unreachable for me when trying to call multiple times by phone.

Arrived at a quarter to midnight to get a room key that didn’t work had to walk back to the front lobby. The front attendant gave me 40 nickels when I asked for change for the vending machine Then proceeded to escort me to my room to use the master key it’s not until I ask for my own key The TV did not work and their fixtures were falling off the wall

Staff was very helpful—you would have to ask them for the wifi Parking was available even when it was midnight Water was cold at times AC was great, TV in front of the beds and in the common area Faucet drain had an odor Bed felt very comfortable I felt very safe there I would stay there again
