We found tissue in the toilet and hair everywear. It looked like the room was not cleaned. Walls were dirty and restroom door did not close properly. We could here the room next to us all night and had to sleep with the TV on the entire stay. There was no phone in the room to call the office. We just tried to make the best of our trip.

The room was dirty. Not how it was pictured on the website. The bathroom sink didn't drain, the bathtub had mold in it. There weren't enough towels for five people staying in the room and the towels were thin. The sofa couch had a stained mattress cover and we had to ask for sheets, blankets, and pillows for it. Some of the outlets didn't work. The cabinets in the bathroom didn't work and were broken. The floor was filthy. Insufficient service. We would have asked for a different room but there wasn't one available. There was an iron but no ironing board. No hangers in the makeshift closet. No phone in the room. No ice machine. Very outdated. If we could rate it a zero we would.

Bathroom crampy, bathroom sink clogged and drawers are all not working! No drawers can be used for toiletries! Bedding are old and frayed, sofa bed and covers are dirty and ripped! You ought to take them out of your listing. It is disgusting!
