Website states walking distance to a beach. It is not a real beach at Sunset town, quite a distance to the Kiss of the Sea show. There are escalators but still need to walk 10-15 minutes.
Kitchen appliances and amenities are different between rooms.
It would be nice to have simple operating instructions on washing machine. Also basic TV channels and/or Netflix subscriptions would be greatly appreciated.
Only 3 sunbeds by the pool on rooftop. It would be nice even if folding tables and chairs are avaliable. 20th floor has a smell from the humidity.
No one actually at the reception desk, while towels can be replaced in between cleaning days, they only got delivered a couple hours after requesting.
The hotel shuttle/vehicle is nice and comfortable.
There is a dining room on ground floor but there is no garbage cans available.
Based on website one thought there is an ATM or currency exchange on premise but it was actually at a store across the street.
Overall the room is clean but have to check the utensils in kitchen cabinets they are not always cleaned by previous occupants.
