My wife and I vised Amsterdam in February 2026. The WestCord City Centre Hotel is a super hotel in a fantastic location. It was a 10 minute walk from the train station and a similar distance from Dam Square where a lot of the attractions are close to. All the staff we met were very friendly and happy to help with information about a wide range of things, how to get somewhere, booking tickets etc. Our only negative view was that the room was quite small and did not have a lot of wardrobe/storage space. We visited in February, so had packed more warmer clothing than we would have for a trip to the beach. I would certainly have no hesitation in staying here again, if we returned to Amsterdam in the future.

It was a good stay for a 1 day business trip. Room ok for 1 person but won’t work longer stays. EXCELLENT service by staff. Nice courtesy to storage your luggage for free after check out and before my flight.

Thank you Team Westcord City Centre Hotel for the little surprise on our anniversary. We love the macaroons and wine, much appreciated. Location is perfect, close to everything, central station, Damrak, Damsquare, lovers cruise, red district and all other attractions within walking distance. Breakfast was delicious, lots of varieties to choose from. Highly recommended and would definitely stay here again when in Amsterdam.

Exactly as advertised. Convenient location, close to Amsterdam central train , the Dam and many other sites. Many restaurants around the hotel. We enjoyed Asian Thai restaurant at 105 same road as hotel, less than a 4 min walk. Rooms are small but clean, with kettle, coffee, etc. Staff was friendly!

Room was in good condition. Lovely coffee and pastries in reception. Asked for daily room freshen, this did not happen during our 3 night stay. Staff member who checked us in was very helpful. Some staff members quite abrupt.

The location is great, with much to see. We walked to the museums, about a mile, but was not a bad walk. There were a couple of great restaurants near by, Savina which was nice to just stroll to dinner. Rooms are small but clean. Staff was outstanding.
