Front desk staff was exceptionally helpful in answering questions re restaurant choices, transportion, etc. Helpful with lending us umbrella on a rainy night and giving us a room a bit earlier to allow us to rest. Bravo!

Great hotel for events at the RAI

Super clean. Location was ok, near metro. Few restaurants. No in room amenities except a hair dryer. But it’s convenient and reasonably priced so I will stay there again.

Great stay overall. Excellent location, modern, clean, helpful staff. Would definitely stay there again and certainly recommend. The *one* caveat is that the hotel does NOT have A/C. Eco-friendly means they have a “central climate control” but they specifically explain no air conditioning (see photo), even though their rooms listed as “air conditioning”. Not sure how comfortable it might be in the summer. Something to keep in mind if you like a/c.

Com paover substance

Business hotel, very near the RAI. Good view with big window. Room was compact. Felt designed that way, with the hangers hidden in a gap in the wall. It wasn't uncomfortabl, but not really welcoming either. (Not a criticism of the desk staff, who were friendly and helpful, it's the hotel itself, rather souless). A small example: there's no kettle/hot drink facilities. I like a hot chocolate or tea at night or in the morning. Here you have to buy a hot drink at the bar. If you're just parking your head on the pillow, it does the job, but even with business hotels, I'm used to a nicer experience in Amsterdam. So, nothing wrong with it, but I probably will avoid this chain in future.

This hotel is located 2 metro stops from the city center and one train stop from the Amsterdam Schipool airport. It was very convenient to get from the airport to the hotel and from the hotel to the city center.
