The property is phenomenal but the service was terrible. The breakfast was terrible, completely inedible. The only good thing was the coffee and fruits. The toaster was broken, eggs and sausages were horrible, cold and stale. Also the desserts were horrible tasting. We paid for a sea view room, we were given a side room with the views of the trees and only when you come out into the balcony you can see the ocean view from the corner of your eyes. The first day we checked in, we found an infestation of ants in the room. Our son is allergic to ant bites, so thankfully we could change the room to next door. Day two we had an infestation of ants there too. The telephones in the rooms didn’t work. The room service tablet in the room didn’t work. Then they charged us for using the spa, which we were told was free on Christmas Day.. thankfully they reversed the charges after a 2-day argument with the front desk. The rooms are big and beach is beautiful. The staff is not friendly at all and service is pathetic. Seriously we demand some form of compensation for this.

Wonderful location, right on the beach, with friendly staff and inside was spotlessly clean. Free parking, mix of apartments and hotel rooms. Our Sea view room was lovely and west facing for great sunsets. Expect five star prices for food and drink though. Breakfast was lovely, masses to choose from so you can mix it up a little each day. Shame the spa was extra for guests, so you only had from 9am to 12pm to use the indoor pool for free so it was too busy for us. Swimming caps are mandatory so if you have one, bring it or pay 3 euros. One outdoor pool was heated, but again pretty busy. Overall, would recommend.

The whole thing was amazing the stuff was attentive to birthday and surprise us with a cake and drinks. They even had a candle for the cake. It really made his ! Thank you too such amazing tentative staff and the place looks incredible!

We chose this resort to celebrate my birthday with friends and it was a fantastic choice. We stayed in a 2 bedroom villa which had plenty of space and was perfect for us - the pictures are very accurate. It was a short walk to the main building, and then further to the beach, but the property is well maintained so it always felt like a pleasant stroll. The staff were all very friendly, housekeeping was very responsive when we needed anything, and the hotel even arranged for a very thoughtful recognition on my birthday - an unexpected surprise and very well received! I would be happy to stay here again.

Very quiet, lovely hotel for great value, food options not the greatest but it was out of season so understandable, staff all very friendly and accommodating. Would absolutely visit again but probably in season. We loved our visit to Portugal and found all locals very friendly.

The staff was very welcoming. The hotel landscape is gorgeous and clean. Our room was spacious but had a mildew smell. It was clean and functional for our needs. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are visiting the area.

it was quiet and safe and clean, my biggest complaint is that you pay $350 a night and you don't even get a beach lounger or umbrella, you have to robbed by the beach people for an umbrella and beach chair. This should be provided to resort clients.

Nice hotel. Did not like the public beach/umbrella rental policy. For a resort of this caliber I expected to have access to an umbrella without paying a large sum every day and not have availability sometimes. I also would have liked to have a cocktail bar at the beach instead of having to walk up to the pool to get a drink. The breakfast was great, the other restaurants were ok. We were given a free drink voucher upon arrival and tried to use it several times and several different bars/restaurants and were either told we couldn't or were told we could not get the beverage we requested (a basic cocktail). Some staff were very helpful, others were slightly rude.
