It's a shame that so many people on bus tours miss this attraction that is virtually right next to Neuschwanstein castle. It's adjacent to Hohenshwangau (Home of the Swans) which is where Ludwig spent much of his formative youth. Take the delightful walk around if you have the time, it is worth it.

Rooms and service were great. It was nice that the gym is open 24 hours., but it wasn’t as well equipped as I had hoped. There was much equipment for resistance training.

A stay at Luitpoldpark Hotel places you in the heart of Fuessen, within a 5-minute drive of Fuessen Music Hall and Hohenschwangau Castle.
The staff was absolutely amazing and helpful, they made the stay comfortable and enjoyable. The room was very nice and clean with a beautiful view. Breakfast was vast and delicious with a various selection of local/international cuisine. Definitely coming back.
