Quality of food in the restaurant is always high and didn’t disappoint this time. We were in a 3rd floor room with fabulous views. Staff, as always, very helpful. Very enjoyable stay

Would like to see the option of choosing the amount of course's for the evening meals as a 3 course meal is sometimes too much.

Lovely location in Keswick, lovely food at breakfast and evening meals. Our only disappointment is that the bedrooms have become rather dated. In need of refurbishment and modernising. Bathrooms too need some attention ie updating as they're really old fashioned. Walk in showers are really the norm nowadays. The Staff are really fantastic and i suppose they are doing the best they can under the surcumstanses..
Staff are fantastic.. couldn’t fault anything about our stay.. we have stayed there 3 times previous but this was the first time we ate the evening meal.. it was beautiful
Excellent stay as usual. To whoever owns the Hotel now or in the future my advice is do not change anything.

Liked: Cleanliness
Property clean but dated, tatty around the edges and a barmaid with no manners when we arrived and had our first drink at the bar .. she looked like she couldn't be bothered ! .
I can see why it's a 3-star hotel. Good breakfast with polite breakfast staff.

Great hotel will definitely return
Our room was quite large and well appointed. Very friendly and professional staff. We ate both breakfast and dinner in the hotel and every meal was delicious and satisfying.

All the staff were so helpful and polite .we stayed in a junior suite which was very comfortable and spacious with a super king bed. Breakfast was sumptuous and plentiful, we dined in for dinner which @ £45 per head for 3 courses was delicious and well worth it
Our room was a Superior room, very clean and spacious.
The staff on Reception and in the dining room were friendly and helpful.
The hotel has nice grounds and plenty of car parking.
It is ideally situated for the town.
Breakfast was excellent but fried eggs were over cooked and not nice. Fried eggs should have a nice soft runny h yolk a minor point which I am sure can be easily sorted
