We absolutely loved this house. It is extremely well appointed throughout. Location unbeatable. Owner was very helpful and very easy to contact. We will definitely rent this house again.

What a wonderful way to spend a few days. Great listing, well equipped with everything you could possibly need for fun time at the beach. Each day begins with a sunrise right over the water. Even in the winter, this home is well equipped for a great time. I especially enjoyed the stars and spending the evening by the fire, in the hot tub and sauna. Would stay again. The cottage is perfectly clean and furnished with many cozy touches as well as beautiful art. Wendy is one of the most friendly and welcoming hosts of any place where we've visited. What we enjoy the most about the house is the location in a quiet, non-crowded area away from traffic, with only the birds and sea life surrounding us. The view of sunrise and sunset from the screened porch is beyond compare!

We had a wonderful stay at the Spotted Grouper. The cottage is quiet and peaceful, and the sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico were beautiful. We enjoyed walking on the beach, collecting shells, and really appreciated how close to nature the area is — including an unexpected bear sighting!We stayed in December, which was a great time to visit: cool and chilly mornings and evenings, with sunny, comfortably warm days. I traveled from Annapolis with my mom, and the trip was especially meaningful because we were visiting my son, who stayed with us. The space was perfect for spending time together and cooking meals as a family.The hostess was great — gracious and accommodating to our needs. The cottage was clean and inviting. We would absolutely stay here again and will definitely return when we’re in town visiting my son.
