Comfortable chalet, 3 levels for a total surface of 120 m2.
This chalet is originally an old Barn-Stable completely renovated.
The initial configuration of the building only allowed access to the upper floor by a steep staircase, but secured by ramps on each side and non-slip strips on each step. Child safety gates for access to the foot and top of the stairs.
Sleeping capacity upstairs:
3 bedrooms (sleeps 8).
Two closed bedrooms, each with a double bed;
An open room type mezzanine with two pull-out beds or four beds 1 person.
Kitchen open to living room with fireplace stove.
A bathroom (Italian shower) and separate WC.
By the outside access a magnificent festive room in an old vaulted stable in visible stones.
Outdoor terrace 45 m2, equipped with a fixed barbecue.
The exterior of the property extends in dimension in an undergrowth.
