Awesome for the price. One of the cheapest was diff worth it till the end. I didn't have the receipt for my deposit . I saved it I DNT remember where I put it. The lady which was manager/owner was rude yelled at me and talk to me like I was dumb. I stood their 3 days and all she was worried about was the paper receipt and everything I enjoyed went out the window cuz of the way she talked to me and treated me. But if their within $5 of being the cheapest in staying there . Way better than where's I was staying

Front desk, we had to wait outside with 3 other guests because the sign on the door said back in 10 minutes. Some guests said they had awaited 20 minutes. Desk clerk very rude. In room, side tables had oulets, but there no plug one the wall to plug the table to. We ware cpaps and had to use a extenion cord for those. The pictures on website are so much different than the than in person. We asked for a refund and left the hotel !

Worst Red Roof experience I’ve had. Started with front desk staff at check in. We travel with 2 dogs, one is a service dog. The staff member asked questions concerning the nature of my disability. When I told him he couldn’t ask those questions he was quite rude. I finally told him it was none of his business. Never had that before especially not at a Red Roof Inn. Room was noisy most of the night doors slamming, road crew workers coining in late and leaving very early. Very loud. The room seemed clean but as we looked around discovered blood splattered on the shower curtain and a gross blob of something in the drain. There are plenty more reasonable places to stay in Albuquerque. Next time we will not be staying at this Red Roof Inn.
