The rooms were nice, the bed and pillows were so comfortable. The staff was nice and it was a smoke free casino. They did have a smoking section, but it was great not smelling smoke and getting it all in your clothes and hair while in the casino.

At the check in the staff member that helped me said i needed to not use Expedia because they mess up check in. Also that if they were at capacity then they wouldn't have been able to get us the room we booked. He was very off putting. I showed him my receipt of the booking with 2 queen beds and he said its not what was booked through Expedia. This is the second time staying there and now there will not be a third time.

So wonderful! The hotel staff are so very friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable, the tub was jacuzzi the resort was open very late. It was everything that stood out.

TV didn’t work when we arrived on Wednesday. They had someone one fix it on Thursday. We asked for another hair dryer as it was not working, they gave us a replacement within the hour. All of the associates (restaurant, check-in, and bar server were very polite and engaging.
