Just had a great stay at the Grand Sirenis. We traveled with a group of 8, one of whom was wheelchair bound, and found the resort to be accessible, and employees to be accommodating. She was able to get everywhere in the resort in her chair, although sometimes having to travel a bit out of the way to take an accessible route. The resort was very beautiful and extremely clean…rooms were cleaned daily, as long as you turned your housekeeping light on, and the common areas (beach area, restaurants, building lobbies, pools, even roads/paths) were maintained very regularly and felt very sanitary. There was always something going on - contests/games at the pool, a band on the beach, wonderful paella or other Mexican specialties being cooked beachside, etc… and food/drinks are available most hours of the day. We really enjoyed our stay. Four star review is for a few reasons. Nothing that would make me tell someone not to go, but might deter us from going back if we can find accommodations elsewhere: - pools were freezing and no hot tubs. Despite the 80° temps and sunshine every day, the pools were very cold, including the lazy river AND the two small pools within the large pool that look like hot tubs (jets and all) but are just as cold as all the others. - pools all close at dusk. No night swimming, - reservations were nearly impossibly. We had a large group but couldn’t get reservations even when we divided. Buffet was always avail but just ok food there.

This resort truly exceeded our expectations. The Wi-Fi was excellent, and we loved the evening concerts, which added such a special atmosphere to our stay. The design of the resort is absolutely gorgeous and very well thought through—despite the resort hosting many guests, it never felt crowded. Only at the buffet could you occasionally sense how many people were there, but everywhere else there was so much space that it always felt calm and comfortable. One of my favorite parts was sharing the resort with the incredible wildlife living in the surrounding jungle. We saw iguanas, coatis, monkeys, and sereques every day—it was amazing to coexist so closely with these animals. The walking trails throughout the property are beautiful and perfect for relaxing strolls. The staff were exceptionally well trained, warm, and courteous, making the experience feel truly five-star. The buffet was outstanding, with an impressive variety of delicious food and new options every day, including plenty of vegetarian choices. Even the presentation stood out—you can tell you’re in a luxury resort by the beautiful dishes the food is served on, honestly nicer than what I have at home. Overall, the service and food are outstanding, and this resort delivers a true five-star experience in every detail.

Hey! I’m not used to write a review even though I like to read them before we book a trip but this time its different it was really good, whoever is interested in my comment, we stayed for the first time at Grand Sirenis resort Hotel in Riviera Maya M. we was looking for a resort to have a lots fun and activities for my 5 years old twins we found this one we like it at first we saw they have a Lazy river wish it was the most amazing spot I have no words to describe how we feels how I’m feeling after we went we had a great experience there, the employees are amazing all of them, they are Kind,humble,sweet,helpful, caring and very friendly people, I’m not joking it’s the most amazing place we ever went, they make us feels like Home. we visited others Hotels resorts nothing compares with Grand Sirenis we are really happy with it,we loves it, we will go back soon I recommend 100% for couples and families with smalls kids or whoever would like to just relax and having a good time. Thank you! For everything Grand Sirenis Riviera Maya spa and resort.

Alfred is an amazing concierge to work with and was able to get reservations for restaurants we wanted to go to with our limited time. All of the Staff were amazing from house keeping, beverage services, bartenders, spa staff, and more. My wife received a massage on the beach and she said it was amazing! They had plenty to do on sight and plenty to see for the time were there. Everyone was very accommodating to anything that was needed and there weren’t any weird hidden fees they didn’t tell you up front about. Buffets were great in our opinion, they had plenty of variety and the waiters were on point. I would very much enjoy going back and spending longer there in the future!

Room service was not reasonable. Asked for water that was complementary and they said the water was already marked as supplied, which was not accurate. They refused to give the complementary water and said I must pay for additional. Buffet was not clean and crowds ate food and touched the tongs. Server at the coffee shop was eating one of the pastries and licking her fingers and serving ice cream at the same time. The whole family got food poisoning. The concierge was the only helpful part of our trip.

Pools were not heated, ledges were worn down, dirty. Food at the buffets were very good - better than the themed restaurants. Staff was great. Theater shows started a bit late (9pm) but was entertaining.
