We had an amazing stay at Grand Sirenis! Everything was clean, the food was delicious and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. With all the different pools, courts, archery, biking and snorkeling there is no way you can be bored. The ocean was lovely and all the animals on the resort were a joy! I highly recommend staying at Grand Sirenis if you have the chance.

Clean rooms, excellent food and never ending cocktails that were delicious. Just be mindful if you have any mobility issues, the resort is extremely large and there are a lot of steps, many of which do not have hand rails. There are shuttles but they are few and far between and can take over 30 minutes to wait at a shuttle stop, assuming there are enough available seats in the one that comes by. If you want to eat at the restaurants, reservations were a challenge and very frustrating because restaurants that were “fully booked” were empty when when you walked by them and when you speak with the hostess, they would not seat you even when people were more than 20 minutes late for their reservation time. They all claimed they had to hold the spot in case the party that reserved ever showed up. I’ve been to many other resorts and they generally have a 10 or 15 minute rule and you lose your spot if you’re not in time. The buffets are great but it would have been nice to try more restaurants while we were there.

Came here with my mom to vacation and relax. What really stood out was the amazing personalized service from Adan from guest services. From day 1, he helped us out and booked all our last minute dinner reservations. The pool, restaurants, and drinks were all great too.

It is not a 5 star hotel. The rooms are outdated. The food was not good at all. The resort is very big, unfortunately we had to walk around everywhere with a baby. The shuttle bus did not stop for us. We would wait 30min and no shuttle bus and they saw us with a toddler. They only had shuttle service for the platinum members and they still didn’t care there was a baby because we were not platinum. We walked 30min to the spa to use the sauna. They told us we could not use the sauna because we didn’t have reservations. I have never been to a hotel that requires a reservation for a sauna. Ridiculous.

We had a fabulous stay! The staff catered to any and all concerns & requests with care & compassion. The resort was clean, well kept and easily accessible & simple to navigate. They had staff operating shuttles to get you around if you wanted. Food was phenomenal. I have allergies & the staff were EXTREMELY accommodating! Our daughter is picky & she ate well, at this resort. We will return!

We had a great stay once again with our family. They made A LOT of renovations and changes since our last stay (2 years ago), all for the better. We were really happy with all the spaces and places to eat as well. The renovations to the coffee shop, dining hall, sports bar, sweet and salt, were awesome. We enjoyed live music every night outside of Sweet and Salt, and live music at Breathless rooftop bar, both great places. The fresh churro outside of Sweet and salt was great every night too. Our concierge Adan and Eduardo were really helpful. Also, shout out to our favorite bar tenders of the week, Almicar and Silvano at Prana (they were amazing!) and made our vacation pretty memorable.

Room was great! Always clean and restocked with grab towels, beer, water! Staff at every bar was so friendly and helped out! Food was great. Never had a bad meal anywhere. Sometimes the main course portions are a little small but just order an appetizer or soup and you’re good. They cater to you when booking through Expedia compared to other companies. You get a different colour wristband and they know to look after you. I honestly wouldn’t book through another company knowing that.

We had attended Hydro Therepy at the Spa, however there were a lot of showers not working. The couple's massage at the beach was wonderful! No matter at which restaurant we ate at the food was great! The shows were amazing. Lots of places to eat and drink. The weather was good! We had fabulous vacation.

Beautiful property. Very pleasant and helpful staff. The rooms and pool were clean and well maintained. The lazy pool was the best! The entertainment was top notch. The spa is worldclass. Seeing wildlife around the property was a plesant surprise. A shout out to the conceirge team and the ladies on the omlette making team - Always checking in and taking the best care of us! The variety of the food and restaurants was unbelievable. Great tasting too. Grand Sirens made our holiday an unforgetable one. Highly recommend this hotel and will sure to return. Thank you!
