Located in Kobe (Kobe City Centre), Kobe MerikenPark Oriental Hotel is a 4-minute walk from Meriken Park and 5 minutes by foot from Kobe Tower.
Room is clean. The issue is with the checking process. The staff did not offer any information about the property. There is a shuttle bus available but the staff has ever given us any information. The staff has no facial expression and seems unhappy in everything.
