The BEST hotel in Kobe.

Great service&staffs, great locations, great view with balcony! I would definitely visit here again. I had difficulties with choosing HERE VS. Hotel in central area. However, I decided here and this was THE BEST choice I made. Definitely recommend here for all.

My room was dirty upon arrival. The walls were dirty and the carpet had a lot of stains. The fabric chairs also had a lot of questionable stains. The staff was very nice and helpful but I wouldn’t recommend the hotel due to its uncleanliness.

Be aware of service fee at bar on 14th floor

Rooms were very small and beds were too hard. Hard to sleep. Hotel is beautiful and food at buffet was excellent. Service charge at bar on top floor was too much $$$ and we didn't know about it as it is in very small print and we should have been told we would be charged that extra fee per person. Staff is excellent and friendly.

Its unique structure and position makes it quite different from other hotels. The unrestricted view is amazing! We loved it! It is convenient, close to everything.

Had a great night in Kobe at this hotel, perfect location to explore Meriken park at night and there was a shuttle bus to and from the central stations. The hotel is massive. Really comfy beds. Friendly staff, there’s a family mart in the hotel which was mega handy and on site Restarant options.

- relatively big rooms for Japan, enough space for luggage - balcony has great view of the port area - friendly and helpful staff - shuttle bus to Sannomiya station every 20 minutes, might be full at checkout times - nice lobby - reasonably priced dinner buffet - small Family Mart inside the hotel, Starbucks right outside - renovation would be appropriate - shower in the bathtub - travellator goes up to the lobby on the 3rd floor, but not down, have to use stairs or the hidden elevator to the parking garage - on the weekend youngsters will bring their tuned cars and motorbikes to the area in front of the hotel, so it can get a bit loud (but never unsafe)
