Not worth it

Very underwhelming. The room is outdated, noisy, lousy pillows, equipped with glass bottles that were clearly filled with tap water (you can taste it). The food was less than average and orders took forever to prepare, we had to wait an hour for our lunch. The staff seemed uninterested in fulfilling any of our requests with long waiting time, the only time they were prompt was to request for settling the bill. Overpriced, would not recommend.

Good hotel. Clubroom on the small side, furniture's dated and no modern cons such as automated curtains, but comfortable. Noise between rooms is quite loud, we requested a room change after 1st night due to screaming children next door. The staff were very amenable in helping move us to a better room. Good club lounge, excellent happy hour drinks selection and friendly staff, could have done with one extra person though as they were rushing around trying to help everyone. Overall a good stay. Nb. There is no sun in the pool area after midday (at least in winter) due to facing north behind the tall hotel building.
