With the Kirihataji Temple and Aeon Mall Fukuoka Lucle to explore, you'll have plenty to keep you busy. If you want to visit Kasuya, look into the Hotel Yumeka and Fukuoka International Hotel. 30 kilometres to the southwest of Iizuka you'll find Tosu, home to the Hotel Route-Inn Tosu Ekimae and Chisun Inn Tosu. Should you choose to stay in Tosu, be sure to visit the Nyoirinji Temple and the Goroyama Park.
Ureshino is 85 kilometres away from Iizuka and has a population of 19,000. When you're there, you'd be mad if you didn't check out Todoroki-No-Taki Falls, Hizen Yoshida-Yaki Pottery Hall and the Hizen Yumekaido. If you're in the area for a bit longer, keep the good time rolling at Miyuki Park and Ureshino Onsen Tourist Information Center.
